Hybrid events with Zoom Events
Zoom Events now includes a feature-rich, in-person experience for attendees using the Zoom mobile app. Start by selecting Hybrid when creating your event.

How to create a Hybrid event
You can add different ticket types for your Virtual, In-Person or Hybrid audiences. Zoom Events offers a variety of ways to get your In-Person attendees checked in on-site, such as an event QR code to add to on-site signage, or ticket scanning and tablet check-in, available through our partner, Xtag.

Building out your event map
Maps help your attendees feel comfortable navigating your event. To use this feature, simply upload your event map. Build out your event map by dropping pins on the appropriate rooms and connecting your event sessions. Attendees can easily access the event map in their app under the More tab. The map can also be seen in the session itself.

QR codes are available to allow on-site attendees to quickly join any session. Or, they can simply click Join in the app.
